Job Information

CNC Machinist/Programmer needed.  Work in NC.

The CNC/NC Programmer will become part of a team that develops and applies software dedicated to the design and manufacturing of composite structures for a variety of applications.

Duties:

Responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining NC programs for composite part production

Improve manufacturing process efficiency and effectiveness through NC part programming

Work closely with engineering to test and validate NC programs

Provide customer assistance and support

Meet deadlines and company goals

Demonstrate Continuous Improvement Philosophy

Qualifications:

Willingness to travel

High School Diploma or GED / Associates Degree Preferred

5+ years of NC programming experience

Prior CAD/CAM experience

Experience with large machine tools preferred

Solid math skills

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills

Flexible work attitude and excellent team player

Must be authorized to work in the U.S

Die Maker with Class A experience.  Willing to travel for a period 4 to 6 weeks at a time with the opportunity to return home.  Paid travel, lodging and eating expenses.

Must have 10 years experince as a die maker/journeyman

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or GED
  • Completion of a college-based Tool and Die Program
  • Experience building, repairing and troubleshooting and tryout of dies
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proven ability to provide detailed documentation on tooling issues and component prints
  • Self-motivation
  • Excelent problem solving skills
  • Execellent work record, including attendance
  • At least 5 years experience Class A surface
