Leadership

 Principal Jim Warner has more than 30 years experience providing skilled labor to national and international markets.

Jim spent the early part of his career learning the hands-on skills that give him the ability to understand and fulfill the varying needs of manufacturers. He earned an Associate’s degree in machine tool and apprenticed with Link Tool & Die. During 17 years with AutoDie, Jim refined his skills and advanced to shift leader and served on Procedures, ISA and Q1 committees.

 In 2002, Jim, along with partners, started providing temporary skilled labor to companies in the US, Canada, Mexico, China and Europe.

Today, Jim has assembled individuals and crews who are skilled in tool & die, machine building, CNC and press operations. More importantly, Jim has the ability to evaluate people who have excellent communication skills as well as adaptable and performance-oriented.
